Customers always ask “who should they report to” “how do I trust decentralized modelers are doing their jobs” and “how do I enforce best practices or share hierarchy changes”, and the answer to all of them is all about the cadence of meetings and communications among all Anaplanners. Once a core few people are in place, there’s nothing more important for a CoE than managing regular connection points with all stakeholders, technical and functional, up and down the org chart.
